![]() ![]() Test Alerts will show up on this window much like BrowserCapture but in livestream, the Alert doesn't get picked up for new followers, hosts etc. This guide will cover several methods of setting up alert tools like OBS Studio, Streamlabs and Stream Elements with Wave Link to be able to control the alert audio individually. Opening the Window (the transparent window from streamlabs) and Windows Capturing it on OBS did not work. Running all program in Admin Mode (the Game, OBS, any potential interfering software like Discord etc) I see other users playing the same game and seeing their Alerts and Sounds pop up during stream so this seems to be an isolated issue with just me and not a Streamlabs/Twitch problem so I'm kind of dumbfounded on what else to do.Įdit: I heard some people say it might be causing "Software Conflicts" because maybe one of the games I am streaming isn't on Admin Mode? (which IDK if that makes sense at all but i'll see if I can run it with Admin mode)Įdit 2: Update, the following additionally did not work It used to work but then it suddenly stopped so I really don't know what the issue is. this issue is caused because of a "software conflict" with OBS? but reinstalling fully didn't do anything. ![]() On the other hand the BrowserSource for Twitch Chat is working and updates (with the few seconds delay) on livestream, so it's just the Alerts/EventList that isn't working for me.įrom my understanding. When I go look at my properties of my BrowserSource for EventList, and hit "Refresh Current Cache" the EventList updates with what the Dashboard has (but at this point, it updates just that so the new Follows/Subs etc don't have sound coming on aka not backlogged) Remove BrowserSources for Alert Box/Event List from OBS fully and put them back in Log off Streamlabs and log back in 10 minutes later I've done the below to no avail after reading some Streamlab Support posts So I did a search here on reddit and found that some people has had this problem also, but I can't seem to find a solution for those threads I've read. I can't seem to get my Streamlabs Alerts to give me sounds for all of the alerts when I stream live (Follows, Subs, Hosts etc) but when I do the tests from Streamlabs, I can clearly hear and see the sound/picture on my overlay on OBS. Hi, hoping someone can help me solve this issue, as it's just recently come up for me and has been bothering me for a while. Thanks to /u/iTruthful and Conceptional for the art!
