Sharing will move the entry to the organization and will no longer exist in your personal account. ![]() The key is to realize that you cannot own an entry and also share it. For special logins that are indeed a shared account you will probably want to create a shared collection (e.g.Set up the permission so that "Account B" has read-only access to "Collection A" and vice versa.Create a collection for each of the accounts ("Collection A", "Collection B").So, create that entry in the organization and not your personal account. Realize that if you are going to share a login entry, it will have to live inside the organization and not in your personal account.Here I would change the Access Control (Manage People in the organization) so that each user only has access to select collections. ![]()
